Hoping you are all keeping safe and dry in the wet weather.

I have recently had a chat to some parents who have accessed the Positive Parenting Program sessions (triple P) and found it very helpful. I would love to give you some more info about this wonderful resource for parents.

Triple P is a parenting program, but it doesn’t tell you how to be a parent. It is more like a toolbox of ideas. You choose the strategies you need and how to use them. Triple P helps you raise happy, confident kids and manage misbehaviour so everyone in the family enjoys life more. It also addresses some of the struggles our young people are facing today.

Because all families are different, Triple P has a range of ways to get your positive parenting program. Choose anything from single visit consultations to public seminars; group courses to private sessions. You can even do Triple P Online, at home or wherever you like.

It is a wonderful community support group where parents can share their experiences and strategies with each other and it is FREE!
